- Time – vs – Pressure & temperature cycles given by client.
- All lip type self-reinforced nozzles.
- Cycle time = 56 hours
- Pressure variation : 39.4 bar(g) to 11.1 bar(g) within the cycle
- Temperature variation : 50oC to 310oC within the cycle.
- Equipment life of 20 years.
- Complete system modelled in ANSYS.
- The specified boundary conditions and load cases evaluated.
- Stress linearization performed as per design code.
- Mech sensitivity analysis performed to ensure results accuracy.
Suggested minimum required thickness for some components of the
system to ensure that the above requirements are met.
