Transheat scope
Thermal design, Mechanical design, structure design and complete fabrication drawings for FOUR ACHE tube bundles mounted on a common structure and sharing common fan and drive systems.
Installation in :IOCL, Delhi, India in a Hydrogen Enriched CNG project.
All design documents reviewed by : TechnipFMC.
Major design attributes
- Four small tube bundles for four different services in a single bay.
- All tube bundles with plug type headers.
- FEA of header boxes for nozzle loads evaluation.
- Single fan design with direct drive motor.
