Major design attributes
- Single pass on raw gas side (tube side), Two pass on Flue gas side.
- Flue gas inlet temperature > 315 C.
- Large number of tubes (> 2300), 38.1 mm OD tubes.
- Support legs with appropriately sized slotted holes.
- Tubes and tube sheet in SS316, Expansion joint in SS304 and other major materials in Carbon steel.
