Analysis of thermic fluid piping with working and standby pump philosophy and equipment loads at piping terminal points.

Transheat did a complete static analysis for the complete piping system to ensure that stresses in the piping network are within code allowable limits. Necessary supports were provided to also ensure that the loads transferred from the piping to the equipment at the terminal points were within allowable limits. Necessary load cases were defined to evaluate the working and standby philosophy of thermic fluid recirculation pumps.
Use of spring hangers is made, where necessary, to limit the forces and moments at equipment and pump nozzle locations.
